a more appropriate phrase, "Under capitalism MEN exploit MEN, under communism, MAN exploits MEN, woman, children, dogs, cats and everyone else."

under capitolism, men exploit men that are vulnerable but the exploited have the opportunity to exploit back......in communisim, the leader and his party can do whatever he wants to anyone in his country and there is no opportunity for retaliation, only jail and death if you do not succumb.......macvegan
